Payment Methods

To pay for our services, customers can choose from the following methods:

Method 1: Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer: Customers can make payments via bank transfer or directly deposit into the following account:

Warranty and Maintenance Policy

  • For Website and Software Services: Free warranty for 12 months or throughout the period the customer uses Hosting or VPS services at Web360.
  • For Hosting, VPS, Server, and Domain Services: the Warranty is valid for the entire duration of the service usage.

We provide lifetime technical support and consultation services to ensure stable operation for our customers.

Data Backup Notice:

  • We always maintain at least one internal backup for data storage services (Web Hosting, Email Hosting, etc.). However, customers are advised to perform regular backups to ensure maximum security.
  • For Cloud Server services, we perform at least one internal backup. Customers are encouraged to conduct periodic data backups for additional security.
  • For physical servers and colocation services, Please proactively back up your data.

Service Exchange/Return and Refund Policy

  • If you are using Cloud Server, Email, or Hosting services at Web360 for the first time, you are eligible for a 100% refund if a refund request is made within the first 30 days of service usage.
  • Each customer is allowed only one refund per eligible service type (the service must be refundable and must not have been previously used by the customer at Web360).
  • Refunds are not applicable for the following services: domain names, dedicated server rental, colocation services, website design, and software design.

In cases where fraudulent activities, misinformation, or scams are detected, the account will be immediately locked. To restore access, customers must provide a notarized copy of their ID/Passport via postal mail for verification before further processing.

Web360 is committed to protecting the absolute confidentiality of customer personal information. We do not provide or disclose this information to any third party except for partners, agents, order processing units, or delivery units to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
